We provide boxing training programs that bring you several benefits and fitness is just one among them
A typical boxing training session works all your muscle groups, and provides a combination of aerobic with oxygen and anaerobic (short-burst without oxygen) exercise. Our boxing training gives you the tool to develop your confidence and a strong body. We work with you to gain techniques that improve your reflexes, power coordination, fitness and endurance and mental and emotional strength.
Our training program includes working on heavy bag, speed ball, spring ball, medicine ball, skipping, running and wind-sprints to help your body be stable, balanced, and strong and in shape.




One of the problem parents face today, is computer games have become one of the main outlet for a young person natural vigorous energy.
Many young people have transferred the need for action, excitement, competition and risk to a virtual world of computer games and films. But computer games and film fails to teach young people actions has consequences and you can’t just make things right by a retry button.
